Inceeased Real Estate Activities in 2022 First Half.

According to nairametrics, the first half of 2022 saw a period of increased real estate market activity, with the sector building on the 2021 economic growth momentum.

Nigeria is estimated to have a housing deficit of about 20 million housing units. Put this side by side with Nigeria's over 200 million population size and 2.41% growth rate according to macrotrends, little wonder why the Real Estate sector in #Nigeria is receiving global attention.

Although an increased #business friendly environment is called for from the government, with more private sector involvement and Diaspora remittance, many believe that Nigeria's Real Estate sector will stand tall globally.
