The city of Nanjing, located in left-wing China has made a new law. A law that makes it illegal for individuals to own dogs and that all dog owners must turn their dogs in to the government. City officials claim that it is a response to the fear that some stray dogs may have rabies. Personally I think it's stupid, just like how the liberals tried to ban goldfish in San Francisco. What do you think of this?

another stoopid law by the Chinese gov, why cant they simply test and put down any dog found with rabies?!
also, Chinese are dog/cat crazy, i doubt many will hand over their cherished pets.
