Notary Public Services And Why They Are Important by rajputyahya51: 2:13pm On Aug 09, 2022
Commissioning of oaths and notarizing documents are very important because they make documents valid and legal. They're services that you could find yourself in need of in different given circumstances and you surely need a Notary Office Mississauga or a good law firm to help you get the services when you need them the most. Most enterprises offer mobile notary services where they can travel to where you're to perform the notarial act necessary. There are still some enterprises that also offer stationary notary publics where they perform the acts from their offices or homes.

Notary Office Mississauga can handle a number of documents to make them valid and legal. Some of the services and documents you can get help with from your provider are:
· Commissioner of oaths and letters of invitation
· Affidavits and certified true copies
· Consent to travel letters and apostille services
· Mobile and stationary services
· Notarization and certification
· Electronic documents notarization and statutory affirmations
· Real estate documents and powers of attorney

Notary Public Advantages

1. Notary services offer you an easy time with your contract. You can fluently enter into the necessary contracts when the notary publics are there to ensure the authenticity of the legal documents and signatures. When you're sure of the document and signature authenticity, you can be sure to save your business or deals from legal implications in the future. Your attorney prepares all the necessary documents and the notary public ensures the individuals signing are the same people whose names appear on the contracts.

2. The services keep you away from fraud because everything that's signed is passed for originality including the signatures appended on the important documents. It's the work of the notary public to ensure that the individuals signing the documents at hand aren't under any trouble and rather they're doing so out of their own volunteer. He remains neutral and unprejudiced in the process to increase the confidence in both parties and the documents that are being handled. Considering that the notary publics are liable for malpractices, they tend to do a very good job when handling the process.

3. When you hire mobile notary services, you enjoy time and location flexibility and also the availability of the services whenever you need them. Nothing can be easier to help you start that business deal on a positive note than the mobile services most enterprises offer. The mobile services also come with the benefit of freedom to choose the notarization location, documents signing indeed when you're away from home and traveling and saves you the worries of finding offices closed after working hours.

When looking for notary services, remember that the rates or charges can be very different for mobile and for stationary services that you hire. They're both services that come with advantages and disadvantages hence there's a need to make all important considerations before choosing the best path for you to take in the documents or contract signing process.

New Conditions for Notarizing Your Transcript in Nigeria

Before we dive into discussing the new conditions for notarizing your transcript in Nigeria, we must firstly clear the popular confusion on mixing up authentication of transcript/certificate with notarization of transcript; please note that while authentication of transcript/certificate is done by the Ministry of Education, notarization of transcript is done by Notary Public (a.k.a Notary Club). Authenticating your transcript/certificate and notarizing your transcript have almost the same use, but which one of them you need to process depends on what the receiver is asking from you; make sure you are clear what you are asked for so you don’t end up doing the wrong document after time and money have been spent. Notarizing your transcript is a process of legalizing your academic qualification, and it’s usually needed when you need to use the transcript to get a job or an admission outside of the country. The Notary Public is assuring the institution/organisation where you need the transcript that the document is a legit one. The need for notarized transcript went up in Nigeria as the “Japa” Syndrome became infectious and wide-spreading after COVID-19, now since there are more demands for notarization of documents there has to be new rules popping up every now and then so that the validity and credibility of the process of notarizing documents would remain intact or get stronger. Before, you could just take any transcript to the Notary Public and your notarization would be done for you in hours or a couple of days with no huddle at all. But now, Notary Public don’t take just any document anymore. For instance, they wouldn’t collect a photocopied or printed transcript from you; they need the original paper transcript issued by your school carrying the original signature and stamp of your school. So if you are about to apply for your transcript you want to notarize, do not apply for an electronic copy, rather apply for a paper copy because that is what you are taking to the Notary Public for notarization.
