It is no longer a new thing that it is difficult to activate your Nigeria Wise formerly known as Transferwise account using your Card. This has been going on for some time now. In this post. I will explain step by step on how to create, fund and activate your Wise Account in Nigeria.

However before I proceed let look at the requirements need to create a working Wise account.

Requirements to create a Wise Personal Account:
1) Name: First, middle, Surname as appear on government issued ID
2) International passport, driver's license or current national ID Card (only the plastic NIN is acceptable, NIN slip is not acceptable)
3) Gmail address
4) Phone number

Step 1
