why is it that all your properties are never direct links, it is always from one agent to another all of whom wants their cut? tell me and why is it that your fee is so expensive 15%. HABA, no pun intended but you are looking more and more like a fraud.

I know what I am saying I have met at least two people who had the same experience with you, the most common is the fact that you have no direct links to any of the properties you took them to and all the other links wanting their own cut at the end they are expected to pay more than 25% agency plus legal fees. this is Theft and criminal as far as I can see, all other Nairalanders beware.

U are to pay 10% agency fee, direct property or not. It is only for 1 room apartments dat 10% agency fee is not usually accepted.
