The owner will sell for #2m. It's the agent that wants #3m because his fees are a percentage of the sale price.
I don't know why these agents are so greedy. #100k on a product you put very little effort in should be enough for anybody.

I don’t know why u can come online to talk this. I have discussed this with you b4 with fact. Every location has its own price. U can’t even negotiate with me. Owner didn’t want what u offered. I am not the owner.
U never make effort to come do inspection so that u can meet the owner for this negotiation. Its very bad to mention what u just said about me.
