I tried creating Amazon kdp account but i have issues

My payooner account is blocked and they say i should pay $50 dollars because i abandon it for long

I created a usa account with grey.co but amazon not accepting it. Grey now uses swift account for usa account which Amazon dont accept

Can i tell my bro to create payooner and use on my amazon kdp?

By opening a Lesotho PayPal account with your Nigerian information....I can't say more than this here .....else ban loading....and I have Digital training publications here that helps others....afterall if I was on a ban you won't be getting the information you have from me now?!
