I have been on this project pure html/php coding for sometime now, and done with everything on the site, except the form.
im designing a form were client can upload up to 5 images for trade, and the admin will receiev the uploaded images on his email and then respond, but unfortunately only one always appear on the admin mail box. Here is the sample below, and what im using on this project is Notepad++
Please i want to know what im not getting right?

this shouldn't be difficult. you'll send the images as attachment.
Are you using PHPMailer?

The name=filename is same for all the inputs, that's why only one us getting sent.
Use filename1, filename2 etc
