My organisation is looking for a PA to one of its Directors.
We are a retail branding organization, creating bespoke interior retail space designs for clients up to production and installation on site.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing all issues relating to the executive office: planning itinerary for the boss, keeping appointments, attending meetings, filing, minute taking etc

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Preferably BSC/HND in Secretarial Studies.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
2 – 5 years experience• Ability to work under pressure , for long hours and with minimal supervision • Very good interpersonal skills • Self motivated and Result-oriented• Good multitasking capabilities • An eye for quality & detail • AGE: 25 - 32years • pleasant personality, very good writing skills, calm , very good with the computer
