please i urgently need assistance. my bb just stopped working and its saying reload software. does anyone know how i can go about fixing it? |

do exactly what is asks you to do - reload the software - its not dumb, it has told u what to do. |

Log unto blackberry.com, download desktop software version, connect your phone to your computer via an original usb cable, make sure your phone is online during process, also make sure your sim card is BIS enabled and finally watch screen following prompts. |
