Job Title: Field Recovery Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, Yaba, or Costain - Lagos

Job Brief

In an attempt to collect payment on due and overdue loan for one of our top client in the financial industry, we are recruiting to fill the position of Field Recovery Officers who will be in charge of informing customers of their debt and their various options for repayment.

Responsibilities

Plan course of action to recover owed money
Locate and contact debtors
Make cheque lodgements in the bank
Advise customers on their various payment options
Keep record of times and dates of contact to clients, noting information that they have received about their debt
Ensure that accurate loan repayment is received and on time
Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
Update account status records and collection efforts
Report on collection activity.
Answer incoming calls from customers and staff on loan repayment.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND / OND with 1 - 2 years experience.
Attention to details
Computer and data entry skills
Ability to work under pressure
Mathematical/numerical skill
Ability to manage time and keep to schedule strictly
Possess top level interpersonal relationship
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to solve problems related to tasks being performed
Ability to work in a team.

Salary
N70,000 - N75,000 / month.
