There are more pressing issues that needed to push the state economy, education, health etc than building government house when you have alternative, I hope you read basic economics in school about scale of preference Even Obiano didn't build government house they first provided the basic infrastructures that are more important to Anambra people, it just Soludo that have decided to build the government now
