Never mind the extreme anti-science bias in the video, but a group of British scientists claim that it may be possible to increase the intelligence of primates/monkeys to make them capable of sentient thought on a level somewhat similar to humans. They're of course trying to take away our freedom and ban such research for no legitimate reason, and please excuse the massive bias in the video and form your own conclusions instead of taking their cookie cutter "they might overthrow humanity" false flag propaganda.
