It's fine. He'll be president for all and if he wants to do 97%/5%, no problem.

Taraba is in NE

Jonathan won taraba twice and adamawa once. Buhari has never won in taraba; he won adamawa only in 2015 and won nasarawa only in 2019. So these states are PDP/LP friendly.

No president will be declared winner if he did not get 25% of 24 states of this country. They will go into rerun if that happen.
Gej or obj don't need to win north west or north east all what the needs is 25%.

Do you know one can secure 25% in 24 states that doesn’t include the core north? Taraba has never been won by APC mind you. So if you take taraba away you have 12 states in NE and NW. all the candidate needs to do is get the 25% in the other states outside the core north. Do the math
