Surprisingly na very good marketing strategy that will ensure you keep going back for either services for a long time.

You go gym, burn some calories, you get tired and worn out, you relax and eat and drink, burnt calories calories regained weight stays same or even increases, you realize this and goes back and so the cycle continues till you get a brain reset!!! grin cheesy

Social media is a very funny place where people will take a picture and give it another meaning different from the purpose of the picture and everyone will believe it.

I know that gym house. Members are just celebrating their anniversary which happens once in a year. Reasons you’re seeing food.

After the the routines, you can have breakfast and eat what you want.

Someone must have been celebrating a birthday with his/her gym friends. In this country we too like confra, small association dem go turn am to geng! Even housewives that their only job is school runs, will suddenly start showing up in matching clothes to kids school activities while encouraging their kids to befriend only within the kids of their circle! U don carry buffet go ur gym na, we ur beer parlor friends wii na drink only alcohol without protein later, like say u be senior sales rep for ulcer medication! Buh just in case that’s not the case, still post gym address ahead next time! grin
