Our client, a recently established Crèche / Day care /Nursery School located on the Mainland part of Lagos State seeks to employ the services of the following personnel in the listed positions;
 
1. Deputy Head of School:
 
The position reports to the Head of School/Proprietress and is responsible for developing the schools’ capabilities and provision of effective leadership. Excellent performance will require cumulative and specialized experience in Early Year Learning, Curriculum

Development, Educational Management, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Facilities Management.
 
Requirement :
 
-​Candidates  must possess good first degree in Education
-​A master’s Degree in Education is an added advantage
-​Must possess a minimum of 10 years cumulative teaching experience in a high ​academic, social, moral and disciplined standard school.
-​Must possess Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
-​Must possess a sound knowledge of Educational strategy as well as ability to ​exercise good judgment, initiative and discretion at all times, with excellent ​human resources and discipline.
-​Must be Computer literate with good knowledge of relevant applications
 
Class Teachers:
-​Must have a B.Ed or B.A/ BSc. with at least five years teaching experience or ​NCE with at least eight years teaching experience.
-​Experience in Montessori Approach and Early Year Learning
-​Must possess good classroom management
-​Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.
-​Must be familiar with modern teaching techniques.
 
School  Nurse:
-           Responsible for routine cheek up of pupils on daily basis
-           Liaise with the approved school clinic during emergency.
-           Administration of medication as instructed by parents/guardians
-​Arrange for the proper medical attention and evaluation of pupils with the                        ​approved school clinic
-​Render first aid treatment when necessary
 
 
 
Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse/midwife and possess  current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria .
-​Minimum of 5 years practicing experience
-​Experience as a school nurse is an advantage
 
Front desk Executive:
Confident individual capable of being the face of the center . Responsible for first line interaction with Parents/guardians. Must have worked and acquired experience in administrative duties. Must be polite with good interpersonal relation
 
Qualifications:
-​Must possess at least an OND in any field
-​Must be friendly, cheerful and helpful, Multi-talented and able to multi-task
-​Able to work under pressure
-​Good social and interpersonal skills
-​Computer literacy with good knowledge of relevant applications.
-            Experience in similar position will be an added advantage
 
Center Nannies
 
-​Minimum of SSCE with at least 5 years experience in the same capacity
-​Must have good interpersonal and communication skills,
 
Security Operatives
-​Minimum of SSCE with experience in similar capacity.
-​Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
-​Must be agile and conscious of his or her environment.
