Some of the doctors who don't collect salaries died of hunger. Apart from that, many citizens of Anambra who needed urgent medical care around that time also died. 2) The second world record that Peter Obi broke was that, with his bad governance and calamitous policies. Onitsha has become the most polluted city in the world.
