It's a scar. It'll always be there.
Who wan beat you if they see scar on you hand? Why una wahala too much like this.
As far as it's healing, you don't have to worry about anything.

Make una dey try smoke weed once in a while.
You blood go dey clot and scars and wounds go dey heal as soon as possible.

Since my wound healed in June, I have been using penicillin ointment on the thin but visible scar it left on my arm, though it seems to be working, but at a very slow pace. I want to discontinue using it and look for something faster. I seriously need to get rid of this scar as soon as possible.

I have tried getting original honey or snake oil but it all proved abortive cos the fake abound everywhere.. I'm in Owerri btw. What cream or drug will I use to make this scar less visible? I don't want to go for another cortisone shot cos I can't afford it right now.

I really need your helpful answers pls.
