This is fried plantains with fried egg... I love to add tomatoes and cucumbers to my eggs... This addiction started during my NYSC days when we used to go for bush allowee .. We will enter the bush searching for things to survive with.... My colleagues will often go for fruits... But I love plantains... I will have excess and will fry them all... Had a village girl who will always bring me eggs... Her father had poultry and I will often buy the eggs at a subsidized prize... My exotic juice is a step down juice... I will add tin peak milk and shake it to mix well... The taste is always different and nice .. This combo will always have me filled and still tasty for more... 3 Likes 1 Share |

Add Groundnut oil to the pot to get heated up for some minutes before adding your Constituents: Add Your Constituents in The Following Order: ~ Firstly, Add The Pounded Pepper and Garden Egg to The Frying Pot. ~ Secondly Add The Diced Onions And Ugwu into the Fryer and Allow All Constituents to simmer while adding Adequate salt and maggi to your frying pot. ~ Whisk The Eggs to add up into your fryer. ~ Ensure You Eggs Don't Get Burnt.
