irrespective of how GOOD you are with html, CSS, scss, bootstrap components, and react , they're both frontEnd hence makes you a DESIGNER, and not a DEVELOPER.

Also CSS, scss, bootstrap components all are means to styleSheet (more like saying You have both beans & ewa). By the way, which one be Bootstrap Components again ? Why not just call it BootStrap ?

Let me not say anything about REACT.
