Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Lagos.
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for the design of our product user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). You will ensure that all aspects of the online user experience are optimized, functional, and appealing, addressing our client's needs and assisting us in growing our customer base.

Responsibilities
- Designing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Obtain and evaluate user experience design requirements of our products in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Create Original design elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our product.
- Effectively and efficiently drive both our product vision and strategy.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, as well as internal and external designers, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored user experiences.
- Plan and implement new designs.
- Participate in project briefings and UX research sessions to fully understand the project.
- Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to effectively communicate your ideas.
- Conduct ongoing user research to maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma or XD, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, and Design system.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
