We are looking to hire an experienced, creative and passionate Product Manager who will lead their team, drive, and oversee the development and launch of products and features that provide customer satisfaction and aligns with our Company’s vision and strategy.

Job Summary
The Product Manager provides excellent leadership for all aspects of the company's product operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit and returns on investment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the product budget to ensure goals are met at or below budget.
- Work with management and Product Team to identify and validate new engines for growth, while establishing short-term objectives and long-range goals.
- Effectively and efficiently drive both our product vision and strategy.
- Review financial results of product operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Drive product strategy to ensure new features and functionalities are being rolled out regularly and on schedule.
- Consider user feedback to refine and elevate the user experience.
- Address and fix bugs efficiently and promptly.
- Manage designers, engineers, developers and other product staff to deliver best-in-class products.
- Oversee the ongoing operations of the product team.
- Manage and direct the product team toward its primary goals and objectives.
- Oversee employment decisions at the executive level of the company.
- Collaborate with management by bringing product expertise, to consider major decisions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, or large-scale expansion.
- Promote communication and cooperation among divisions.

Requirements:
- 10 years of product development experience with at least 5 years leading a product team in Nigeria.
- Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Product leadership experience – leading and inspiring high-performing teams
- Experience as a product builder (responsible for strategy definition through execution).
- Ability to envision, clarify, and articulate a strategy that is bold, ambitious, and achievable.
- Experience launching and scaling exceptional products.
- Proven ability to lead a product development team working on a job board is an added advantage.
