Here's what I have noticed about them

They are experts in commanding ATTENTION!

It's hard to find a hawker that keeps quite while carrying their goods around the streets

They all have unique attention grabbing strategies that gets people to compulsorily notice them.

�Some repeatedly mention the name of their product
�Some scream heavily without control
�Some whistle at regular intervals
�Some make sounds with the vessel containing their product
�Some sing sweet melodies
�Some hag their product all over there body
�Some uses mini ampliers with a particular track repeatedly playing
�Some crake joke

The list is endless...

But these hawkers teaches us that marketing is a game of ATTENTION.

This simply means that without getting people to notice your product, sales will never be made.

Your ability to turn the heads of your prospect and get their eyeballs in the direction of your product brings a high chance of sales.
