Remote, but onsite is better because some dev abuse the remote privilege.

From Nigeria's perspective, Onsite is usually better if there is poor light and internet condition but if the devs are not having those issues then remote is better.

I just think working in groups encourages collaboration vs working alone. I prefer to work in a workspace than from home, but because of Multiple screens and switching systems, I have to stay at home. That is my own personal opinion.
