Sorry guys, I didn't finish school...

When African countries borrow money from the western world, how do they get it delivered. Is it by Cash, wire transfer... Or is it by Agbado, Cassava, Dodo or Ewa?

I'm asking because something is telling me these credit from overseas that turns debt in our land doesn't even exist in the first place.

The money they lend us is scam... If the loans aren't scam, Show me proof how they get into the country.

Educate me, I'm starving... Please feed my curiosity.

Thanks
