Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Lagos.
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive product design, development, and optimization while leading a team of developers in charge of building new websites and supporting existing ones.

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, maintain, and enhance software applications, websites, and applications to match business processes and requirements.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by creating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Writing advanced programming codes.
- Work directly with other software engineers, testers, and product managers.
- Drive product strategy to ensure new features and functionalities are rolled out regularly and on schedule.
- Assessing updated software code.
- Oversee the collection and documentation of user feedback to refine and improve user experience.
- Address and fix bugs efficiently and promptly.
- Review and analyze reports on product status, operations, and maintenance.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends regarding software development.

Requirements
- Must have a good degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant software design and development experience.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, HTML5, Laravel, SQL, and PHP.
- Knowledge of system frameworks including .NET, Git, and Angluar.JS,
- Experience with systems deployed on Unix/Linux/Mac/Solaris environments.
- Proven ability to lead a team, provide guidance and fix all escalations.
- Strong technical product writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to produce clean/functional codes and perform debugging and validation testing.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be dynamic and able to perform excellently in a fast-paced environment.
