Buhari Appoints In-law, Ahmed Halilu As Head Of Nigeria’s Currency Printing Company. By Naomisophyblog President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Ahmed Halilu as the Managing Director of the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company (NSPMC). Halilu is the the elder brother to the First Lady, Aisha.
