This are the same thieves claiming they have no money to pay ASUU and that Nigeria is broke increasing their allowances and even taking more than the minimum wage for doing God knows what. A pity.

Point of correction, NSIWC doesn't have such power to review DTA of political appointees such as Ministers, Chairman, DG, MD, ES, SA etc. Their emoluments and allowances are determined solely by RMAFC.

Salaries and allowances of civil/public servants are handled by NSIWC.
