A yearly routine thing? I think this should have been better served in bandits take-over areas, in Kaduna, Zamfara, Adamawa, Bornu, and other terrorized areas in the country.

In our case the army is already trained to shot and if they want to retrain its better to use a legitimate life target to save us the cost of going to buy another ammo when they want to go for operation....!!!
