It was quite an ecstatic and historic moment as Members of West African (ECOWAS) Youth Council ably represented by Amb (Hon.) Emmanuel Agida and members of Innovative and Creative Youths Forum ably represented by the president, Mr. Ebor Godsgift and other executive members were present live at the palace of the Olu of Warri, His Royal Majesty, Ogiame Atuwase (III) to discuss matters akin to human capacity development in the region, state and Nigeria at large.
