Responsibilities for French Tutor Remote Vacancy

-Teaching English speakers the French language using grammar, conversations, vocabulary and pronunciations.
-Creating concise and understandable explanations for students via electronic channels (texting, video recording, and audio sound)
-Exercise creativity and humour to ensure that students are engaged and find value in their interactions.
-Maintaining a 24 hours response turnaround time.
-Scheduling feedback sessions with students and providing extra support or enrichment activities as required


Requirement

-Quality experience in tutoring the French language to English speakers
-Mastery of French grammatical concepts and ability to concisely communicate these to learners over text message (or video).
-Experience in pronunciation explanation.
-Good experience in creating good language learning material
-Basic knowledge in the use of Google Docs, Spreadsheets etc.
-Ability to work a minimum of fifteen (15) hours a week.
-Zeal for tutoring the French language.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Technical Skills

-Excellent knowledge of the use of the internet.
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office.


Soft Skills

-Leadership skills to lead classes.
-Disciplining skills, in order to hold students accountable for their behaviour.
-Top-notch interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
-Good writing skills (writing reports, instruction, correspondence)
