This is how illiterate like u talk...this was initiated by Jonathan good luck admin,from Rigasa ( kaduna) train station completed by him,to others, kudos to amaechi,Former minister of transport who ensured the follow up of ebutemetta (EBJ),also ITAKPE also..and others coming,these are federal projects,not state or sawon olu's project...I don't know how tinubu came into d scene though

the Lagos Kano line was never initiated by GEJ but by Obasanjo.. he initiated it but never laid a single block.

GEJ started the first line from Abuja to kaduna..that is the first phase..and Buhari was the one who fully completed that line and commissioned it.

Buhari started and completed the second phase from lagos to ibadan

YOU WILL NOT DIE IF YOU GIVE CREDIT TO BUHARI for this one

there is no such thing as upgrade.. the narrow guage line still exist..

I don't know why people lie and their only ambition is to deceive others. The old Ebute Metta station is still there and looking worse than the picture depicts, its plies Iddo-Ijoko on the days it would work, the modern picture is that of the Lagos-Ibadan train service, commissioned in June 2021.
