Wabara, who was before now, the Secretary of the PDP BoT, would be appointed to the presidential campaign council of the PDP.

Adolphus Wabara, a former Senate President, has been appointed the PDP BoT chairman.

He was named acting Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, following the resignation of Walid Jibrin.

He has also been named the Political Adviser of the National Chairman of the PDP, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu.

Wabara, who was before now, the Secretary of the PDP BoT, would be appointed to the presidential campaign council of the PDP.

A source said the decision was taken a few moments ago at the ongoing BoT meeting taking place in Abuja.

“The Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, will also resign shortly as the Chairman of the PDP Governors Forum,, the source said.

Trying to patch up to save ayu by removing the bot chairman and replacing him with a southerner wouldn’t save the party. Ayu should go period. Agreement is agreement , the presidential candidate and the party chairman can’t be from the same region , you can’t eat your cake and have it, after the coup you guys staged against Wike that made you chairman you now have the blues to face. You have to go for the party not to disintegrate

All in a bid to allow a man who majorly lives outside the country , who swiftly deleted a post condemning his fellow Muslim terrorist killing Christians in the name of blasphemy.. Even if all the northern prophets step down for this man , Nigerians should never step down in the coming election ..
For Ayu to keep his word now is a big problem!
If Atiku can’t tell Ayu to keep to his promise , none of them will ever do as they say ..

Yes Ayu must resign and that is long Over due.

But nobody can force Atiku Abubakar to sign a single term agreement.

Even if he signs it today, he can change his mind when he eventually get to the Aso Rock Villa.

By then, the Party would be under his total control. All the Party Structures would be answerable to him.

So that your condition is DOA.

If they like let them appoint all BOT members from every household in Southeast, we have spoken in one voice and there's no going back on that- ObiDatti 2023! Any effort to divide our votes will be resisted strongly in all ramifications.

So, southeasterners are good for all positions except Presidency? Una dey ment � and for Atiku to even dream of succeeding Buhari after eight years as a fellow northerner is not only a nauseating madness but purest stupid selfishness. It's either the country is truly united or we help them to divide it (in Wike's voice)

You can't pacify Wike my man. If u like, kill yasef as far as Ayu is still on da seat, we burn the while leaking umbrella. Atiku and his cohort can never be allowed to handover out federal universities that is the only hope of poor men children to acquire higher education to states where you can only pay at least 150k to be.
Moreso, he's a northern Muslim likewise Buhari. I even wonder why CAN aren't talking about that. Anyway I'm a Catholic, not CAN.

This Atiku does not obey agreement. First the presidential candidate was supposed to come from the south but he refused and grabbed it all for himself.And now the chairman, he wouldn't let go. I think the PDP will loose this election period.
