Sapiosexuality:
Civil service for this one? Do you understand how IPPIS works or that run it?
there are loopholes and those in ippis are collaborating with some heads of other agencies to steal money. I was appalled at the level of corruption and it is deep.this ippis corruption is well known in abj.

Politicians can't steal without the help of civil servants, they are known for creating loopholes.

I don't think so. Remember, this same IPPIS caused alot of issue between FG and ASSU when FG wanted into introduce to them.....
ASSU even once revealed that the system wasn't reliable.

After 7 years?

Ask yourself, which of the presidential candidates is capable of stopping this fraud if elected?

It's only then your senses will reset and allow you to Vote right.
Otherwise we remain in the same old system.

When you expect the government to identity the criminals, prosecute them and print their names in all the newspaper they will not do that.

It is shameful that APC battered this nation

I strongly believe that this is just about one-tenth the total fraudulent payroll entries. I also believe that some staff of the Federal Government receive up to 5 salaries using phony names and accounts that lead to same person in the end.
Bro, this is part of the reason why many parastatals never wanted IPPIS, imagine as a VC of a school, your staff strength is 5,000 and they are telling FG they pay 8,000. The remaining 3,000 will be cornered to their cronies, some which are even abroad! This was discovered long ago with complaints but they paid deaf ears, okay today they have woke up?

Corruption is endemic in the system because of the lack of LOVE FOR COUNTRY coupled with unbridled greed and brutal selfishness.

The average Nigerian is corrupt through and through and cares less about the wellbeing of fellow compatriots.

The rest of the country may may suffer untold hardship for all they care; it means nothing to them.

Therein lies the bane of the Nigerian society.

The perpetrators are either of the two dominant religions who claim to love Allah or God but hate fellow humans.

Damned hypocrites!

Later now, dem go begin heap all the blame on Queen Eliza!
