The quarrel rocking the camps of the Niger Delta Millitants over award of multi billion naira contract to warlord tompolo might be a trap in disguise..

When the Millitants start fighting each other over oil contracts,the FG would be watching them like an eagle from afar,and then swoop on them with full force when both sides are already exhausted from fighting themselves.

This 4.5 billion naira monthly contract given to tompolo to guard the water ways look suspicious to me.
