Did a secret shop today and it did not go well.

The server was super nice, but didn't have a clue. She couldn't remember anything we ordered (simple training, # your seats & tables).

The food had little to no flavor.
The food came out 1 plate at a time and was not very HOT.
For the price, the portions were way out of control. I'm sure food cost is out of control as well.

Lots of employees standing around on cell phones, eating and drinking on the clock. Did they pay for the food and drinks because I didn't see it.

On the up side, the place seemed to be very clean.
