Indeed. Africa is already viewed the last frontier in terms of being resource-rich, full of new and almost limitless opportunities with exciting growth potentials.

Whereas the developed world is at economic saturation point with limited growth potentials and possible 'flat economy' outlook.

Good to chase professional development and opportunities in the West but wise to have presence, investments and assets in Africa also as an African.
