I was warned not to eat red meat because of health condition. Pls I will like to know if this include not eating food; soup/stew prepared with red meat.
Pls I am asking here since I did not get to ask the doctor. Pls professional in the house, help a brother.

The meat itself is the problem. You can eat anything in which red meat was prepared.
