[/quote]Peeps, let us please desist from the habit of insult to elders in the guise of freedom of speech. if we feel strongly about their actions constructive criticism in an educative and matured manner will be more appropriate.

Really I see no reason why he should not ask for justice if he can produce evidence. It is part of action to fight corruption. We have seen cases where court overturn election results after many years. It is the turn of Buhari today, tomorrow might be the turn of your favorite candidate to be denied justice. Afterall my brother in Aso Rock is too passive for a volatile terrain like Nigeria.

I am not sure of any other states, but if any party is expected to challenge election result surely not CPC in Lagos or any other SW states. IMO it would have been more strategic to challenge PDP won states to prove his point.

Actually Buhari has not said anything - did not urge any tribunal and has promised not to make any futile challenges and court cases but these insolent vagabonds will not leave the man alone. angry

I get your point and i tried to look at the issue from a neutral point really.
If he had promised not to challenge the election outcome, and he change his mind, it is not illegal, besides, his party can take it up on his behalf.

My stance is that nobody/party must be allowed to stampede anybody/party within the provision of the law.

I don't understand the rantings of the blind followers of GEJ here. The last time i check, it was CPC and not Buhari in Court. Wake up from your dilutions. Let the Tribunal do their work.

Based on how many states?  May be Buhari though having few states i.e. less than one third will just give him the president. It is high time the man sit down and evaluate his life. The man is a complete looser and from all indications Nigerians does not need his services any longer.

People thought he was sane before the elections.
The amount of people these northern contestants are willing to slaughter to rule goes to show

Cpc would not go to tribunal if a presidential candidate backing is not in it beam. Buhari should let go of all did and allow Nigerian's to see justice(good or bad) of the current public office holder.
