do you still have the WhatsApp app installed. If yes go back to WhatsApp and redo the back up. If you don't have the WhatsApp app+ chats and the backup data in phone memory deleted. Then forget it. Oti lor cheesy

You have nothing to worry for if the application is still installed and running. But if that's not the case then goto FILE MANAGER - TRASH and RESTORE from there.
