Introduction
The Bizgems' Payout service allows transfer of funds from the Parent wallet to a local bank account. The Parent wallet, refers to the wallet automatically created for you using the information you provided at the sign up page. For a real-time payout, always change the 'Test environment' to 'Live environment'.
N/B; To be able to use this service, you ought to have provided a payout account.

To add a Payout account;
1.Tap on 'Settings'.
2.Click on 'Bank Account'.
3.Click on 'Add bank'.
4. Input bank details. An OTP will be sent to the phone number linked to the account you provided. Click on 'Add bank' to complete the process.

How to access our Payout services;
There are two(2) ways to use Bizgem payout service, that is through the Overview button and Payout button.

Payout through the Overview button.
1.Click on 'withdraw'.
2. Enter Amount and click on 'withdraw'.

Payout through the Payout button:
1Click on 'Request Payout'.
2. Enter amount and click on 'withdraw' to complete the payout process.
