It was installed by Easybuy. You can't flash it. Once you finish paying back your loan it will automatically unistall.

It's SecurityPlugin that locks ur phone and monitor u, Easybuy and Palmpay to activate it on people's phone owning loan.

This is right, tho they will still find another way to constrict your mobile usage. It's better than completely locking the phone.
