Good evening members, just coming in from a good source. There is 2m barrel of blco that arrived China with cargo ATS available. Price is $10/4 with upfront non operative 2% performance bond. Sellers recent past performance documents, NNPC 2022 allocation ATS shall be sent after signed contract. Highlight of procedure: Buyer issues RWA. Seller issues non operative 2% performance bond.
