Ismail Balogun, a legal practitioner, has doubted the possibility of ASUU winning in the appeal court.

ASUU has said it would appeal the judgement of the industrial court that asked the union to call off its 7 months strike without addressing the issues it has raised.

While the Union raises the fear that many lecturers would leave the country, Balogun maintained that the court’s decision is bound on ASUU to resume classroom immediately.
