Most of what you guys build in Figma and co can be easily built with HTML n CSS & co. Make una calm down small.

I hate working with complete Figma files. I prefer integrating some assets, etc.

I also hate the Figma converted to HTML file and the way the assets are sliced and scattered every where.

I may b wrong, I stand to be corrected.

Figma designs are there to guide the frontend dev on how the product should look like.

As to all those gimmicks of converting figma designs to html, it is for very basic sites. If them born any figma designer, make he come replicate reactive sites where content changes with many variable inputs.

If your frontend is being challenged by ordinary figma designers, then, your frontend journey is still long.

For me a real industry standard app shud be able to build an active site on it's platform no need to export to oza platforms.

I can't build a dead UI in Figma then export to Frame works to bring it to life.

I prefer doing everything in sync. HTML, CSS, JS, even back end stuffs.

You are not thinking from the Product Design POV, stakeholders want to see the UI/UX before committing code.

TBH Figma n co will be amazing if guy's can build a working front end on it. Like advanced drag n drop builders.

This is dum-b, figma isn't a gimmick bro. I don't use it but as a Frontend Engineer you'll need designs that standard css animations may be overcomplicated to do when you can just create an SVG animation instead.

Though not all figma designs can translate to real development. The flashier it is the more nobody wants the headache to code it into the frontend.

Here's an example, you create a figma for a SPA where there's a car mockup that opens the engine, door,etc the lower you scroll across the screen. Can you code that for mobile? Nope. Desktop, probably and even then is it worth the slow load times the website would have or would such a system be easy to debug?

Bro, nobody sent you to learn coding. A lot of figma designers can code by the way and your argument is the same for people who say WordPress developers aren't real developers because it's just drag and drop. It's deeper than that.

Full web dev? Figma is a design tool. It lets us see how the ideas could look like before you even write a single line of code.

Have you heard of MVC Architecture?

I would suggest you do more research.
