One of the most powerful tools the world has come by in actualising her development and advancement is business outfit. Business outfit has been part of our system right from the ages forgotten. A lot of businesses have risen over the time most of which have had a tremendous impart on the whole world populace. The automobile industry, IT, are all outputs of different business outfits. More businesses are being birthed on daily basis almost at the same rate of child birth. However, not all these businesses come to survive the stiff competition witnessed in the corporate world today. There is a stats on business failures and claims that more than half of new businesses will disappear in the first five years. A study done by Inc. magazine and the National Business Incubator Association (NBIA) revealed that 80 percent of new businesses fail within the first five years. The ultimate question is why is it that some businesses are able to get their rhythm right in time to reach limelight of having global effect while many struggles to survive and even more die on the way? Why are some businesses able to live out the purpose of their establishment while many are unable to achieve their reason for existence?
