It is said that, there are no transgressions in a lawless Land, but ofcourse, there will definitely be transgressions and penalties in a Lawful land; like Nigeria. Most significantly, Among the 36 States in Nigeria, Lagos, so as to attain orderliness among its overpopulated residents, is a state that has an, almost uncountable Laws which must be obey by its residents. And attached to these Laws are highly disciplined Lagos State Government Officers (e.g LASTMA), that had been trained to serve as watchdogs in neighborhoods, communities, and Lagos roads. So as, to hunt breachers of those Laws, and to impose penalties, or fines attached to each Law breached, on the breacher.

Moving Forward, Recently, the Lagos State Government, through one of its prominent watchdogs, Lagos state traffic management agency (LASTMA), ceased and auctioned some motors, because their owners breached the traffic laws. So, those vehicles, ofcourse that were initially bought by their owners with millions, were all auctioned and bidders re-bought them, from the Lagos State Government: the auctioneers, with little amount close to pennies.

This heartfelt scenario, influenced the body of information central, to flinched into intensive investigation and research, on how to minimize the high rate of motorist breaching lagos roads laws. Firstly, it was discovered that, one of the reasons, motorist, driving in Lagos, breached the Traffic laws was perharps because they were ignorance of these Laws, or they knew little of them and were not even aware of the penalties or fines attached to each law, if it’s being breached. We believe, if we all, begin to give enough publicity on; Radios, TV, blogs and social Medias to these Laws, There would be a rapid decrease in the large numbers of the traffic law breachers.
