Let me quote in verbatim... "Money generated from the sale of land and used for business purposes will result to business failure and collapse of any business"

I tried arguing with him while applying logic and he told me to ask around...

So please who can confirm this statement or who has a long time business whose capital was generated from the sale of land...!!

If you're selling a land or landed property, just make sure you are replacing it with another.

He is talking thrash abeg. Maybe one or two people he knew had such bad experience but is that enough to generalize

What I think he meant was selling inherited land (land gotten through inheritance) and using it for business, the proceeds from the sale can only be used for buying another piece of land, building or marrying a wife. If the money is used for anything business......Sorry for that business. I don't think it applies to land bought for investment, that is land you bought your self with your money and later you sell it.
