Supreme Court fixes September 29 for definite hearing and final judgment in the suit of Prince Oyedotun Babayemi against PDP, INEC and Senator Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke.

The judgment would be delivered by 1pm of the day.... Kayode Lawal, Chairman, National Association of Judiciary Correspondents (NAJUC), Abuja.

Dotun Babayemi didn't participate in the Gubernatorial Primaries Election of PDP that was conducted by NWC of PDP on behalf of NEC of PDP.

Babayemi alluded to this fact in the affidavit he personally deposed to in his originating summons he filed at Federal High Court. In his affidavit he drew attention of the court to his emergence at parallel Gubernatorial Primaries Election which took place at WOCDIF Event Center, a get-together of group people at WOCDIF EVENT Centre that was unknown to Law and without the blessing of National Headquarters of PDP, lolz. The case went against him (Babayemi) at Federal High Court, Osogbo and Court of Appeal.

Yes, Babayemi was on the ballot paper used at the Gubernatorial Primaries Election of PDP that took place at the Osogbo Township Stadium because he obtained the forms at National Headquarters of PDP and undergone Screening Excercise at the same National Headquarters of PDP in Abuja but only for him to stage a factional Gubernatorial Primaries Election at the WOCDIF.

NOTE: The Ballot Papers used for the Gubernatorial Primaries Election of PDP at Osogbo Township Stadium contained the name and picture of all the 6 Gubernatorial Aspirants who obtained the forms. Babayemi didn't get any vote at the Gubernatorial Primaries Election of PDP and even if he got, such votes were invalid or void.

Someone should tell Kazeem Aro to stop exhibiting his deficiencies on social media. He should stop writing on something he knows nothing about it.
