If not for insecurity, PMB's investment in infrastructure is unprecedented.

As for economy, the whole world is facing same issue with many more facing even worst economic woes
Go to news page of different African countries on Facebook and twitter. Apart from light, all their citizens are still complaining of the same problem Nigeria is facing. Even Rwanda that Nigerians like hyping that it's leaving us behind, citizens of that country are still complaining. But here some people here will think Nigeria is the worse country on earth.

So why are those structures in the middle of the road
Or will they rent it out for people to live in?

You are correct I saw it there but my assumption is based on the present situation. If Tolling would be introduced on it, then it would be national involving many Federal roads.

The last Tolling system, siege was on many South West roads. This time around, it would be by millage.

which ota. the whole ota and the presidential library which was build by the federal government of Nigeria has been hijacked by Obasanjo.
Ogun state have railway that was build by federal government, why are you pain because a road that was started since 2006 is completed now.
Even the Lagos Ibadan express road is there for ogun state.

Is Presidential Library at Ota? What is the difference between hilltop mansion of Babangida and Olusegun Obasanjo presidential Library at Abeokuta?

Obasanjo has been a curse to the Ota people. For decades the ota people have been fighting the battle to recover their land from him. Definitely, after his demise, his children would lose over 80% of the land. The roads in the entire Ota up to railway crossing is an eyesore. Obasanjo does not have any benefit to the Ota people and the Yorubas at large apart from Anglo Abdulahi and the Northern people. It was at the dying minutes of his government that he remembered a political project for the memorial of his government which is the Olokola LNG project which was abandoned by Yaradua government.

Despite the heavy vehicular movement, ota lies in ruins. One thing is this, they should put tollgate on that Benue bridge if they want to put tollgate on 2nd Niger Bridge let us calculate the Rate of Return on Investment on both bridges.

The light issue thing tire me o.
The same people that used the collapse of the national grid to mock and criticize FG said the reason for the improved power was due to election. Some said it's cos of raining season. I began to wonder if it wasn't the same election period the grid collapsed in or this is the first time Nigeria has experienced raining season.
Some even said the reason for the strike is because FG were trying to keep students away from voting.
Everybody just dey spew conspiracy theories left right and center.

Let's hope they don't say this bridge was supposed to be higher for ships to pass under but Buhari made it low so that Benue wouldn't have a seaport.
Stop spreading falsehoods. This bridge is not buhari's to claim!

That road has really shortened my journey from Abuja to the south.
I commend the govt for that but don't ever try that road at night except your family has money to pay your ransom.
These Fulani boys dey kidnap anyhow on that road especially at night.

Buhari you have done Nigeria well. We love you and may God keep you alive for long.

Anybody can borrow from China and give them same contract to build infrastructure......nothing spectacular about that

Omo we all want gud Nigeria. Y should i not clap for buhari if he did well? Like for example, the buhari administration really made some gud laws through the national assembly. Local government autonomy, judiciary autonomy, live electronic transfer of votes directly to inec website. Kudos to him in these aspect. But all round, buhari is still the worst president we ever had!

you are confused, I swear. The Lagos Ibadan express road is the most busiest road in the country, is there any tollgate there?

I can now see why your ancestors till your generations are very uncivilized and backward.

Firstly, so you know that Lagos Ibadan Expressway is the busiest road in Nigeria how come the political data released by Federal Ministry of Works last year proved otherwise? We know the data is political comparing daily traffic on 3rd mainland bridge with other routes in Abuja and other places giving them higher data. Lagos Ibadan expressway traffic was balkanized to make the politicization of data of no concerns but even dog know it is a political data and everybody knows.

The issue on this topic is the tollgate erected on 2nd Niger Bridge. It is only a fundamental requirement that if tolling would be introduced on 2nd Niger bridge, it must be on new River Benue Bridge.

Coming back to Lagos Ibadan expressway, how many tollgates were there before tolling was cancelled? Can you compare the tollgate per mileage to any tolling on any Federal roads? If government decides to bring back the tolling we have no problem with that but each federal road must maintain separate tolling and under different management companies to determine rate of returns on investment (RoI) for each road.

The best President would sure be hated by a good percentage of people especially in a country like Nigeria. No president can change Nigeria without being hated.
The Israelite hated moses after he took them out of Egypt and made them wander in the desert for 40 long years.
Buhari have done the hardest part of Governance (1. lock the border till we become the highest producer of rice. 2. Increase the tax we pay and tax things we weren't paying tax on before. 3. Taking the highest loans to build infrastures we were yearning for before. 4. He will completely remove fuel subsidy before he leaves.
He took us out of Egypt (PDP) and took us to the wilderness (inflation, insecurity etc) where we began to say Egypt (1. cheaper fuel. 2. Cheaper electricity. 3. Low taxes. 4. Cheaper rice, fertilizer, beans etc), was much better. But soon Joshua (Tinubu) is coming and he will take us to the promise land. Buhari have done the hard part and will carry most of Nigeria's hatred on himself and Tinubu will continue from where he stopped.

APC out classes PDP in terms of infrastructure . Rail , roads ,bridges plus improved power supply that happened recently.
With lesser oil revenue , pandemic and corruption APC still out do PDP . PDP really wasted 16 years of Nigerians.
APC deserves another 8 years so Nigerians can see the clearer picture .
On insecurity APC has failed just like PDP.

Majority of Nigerians are not enlightened they don’t even know if oil price fall it’ll affect the Naira as oil is the major source of revenue. All they’ll tell you is that naira is weaken .
When the national Grid collapsed yesterday people were happy , but as at last week when a thread was opened about improved power they said it’s because of election. And these people are so called Christians who go to church every Sunday but bad mouth their country and wish her bad .
The more you wish your country bad it’ll remain BAD.
The only thing I’m impressed about this present youth is that they’ve put politicians on their toes via social media.

I support Another 8yrs for APC They should focus on security, diversifying the economy, reconstruction and continue the momentum on infrastructure and power everything will be good its a gradual process .

We don’t want a Perceived angel Who Will Come and scatter everything. I like the continuation in progressive change in Lagos I need that in Nigeria .

If you know you can’t wait for the progressive change in Nigeria due to age factor you’re free to JAKPA , you can still contribute to the economy outside the shores of the country but the country is gradually moving if you look inward .
There’s know where in the world today that there’s no inflation , flood or a slight shift of improved standard of living . But you’ll see Nigerians always castigating but they can’t keep common traffic laws, and litter the drainages with dirts it’s a really big shame .

The only reason why advanced counties manage to cope is because of the progressive good governance they’ve had in the past that planed in contingencies like this . But Nigeria has been wrecked with bad leadership for over 30 years. It’s not rocket science that it’ll only take time to recover .

Nigeria can only be Grate with positive mindset from both government and the citizens.

God bless you sir.
